Security/Cancellation Deposit: Renters are required to pay a security/cancellation deposit based off of the total cost of the rental space, excluding the cost of any Add-On items. The security deposit is fully refundable upon satisfactory completion of the rental. Facility Rentals staff will reach out to the responsible party via phone call to collect the deposit fee. The security/cancellation deposit can be withheld and non-refundable due to violation of rental policies. Facility Rental Staff will do a final walkthrough of the rented space to determine if any damage or violations occurred. Security/cancellation deposit refunds will be processed every Monday and may take 7-10 business days to be received via mail.
